This innovative and unique program offered at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) equips students with practical research skills, linguistic fluency and cultural intelligence to thrive in a global market.
Students can choose one of three streams: French, Spanish, and Speech Sciences. Additionally, one may also pursue a minor to complement their studies, empowering LIR students to craft an exceptionally personalized educational experience.

About The LIRCU
The Language and Intercultural Relations Course Union’s (LIRCU) objective is to promote a sense of community within the program student body.
We aim to provide program-related academic support and to further pique students’ interests about topics concerning culture, languages, and global relations.
